The PhD students may be instead asked to write term papers, research proposal or scientific manuscript ready to be submitted to SCI listed journal, with regard to his/her major research subjects, related subjects that may be helpful, or the subjects that may broaden his perspective or enhance his/her competitiveness in the future career. This may be carried out by regular contact hours at 12:00-15:00 PM every Tuesday or schedule by emails. From the perspective of teaching philosophy, this course is 50% “to instruct “and 50% “to invite and to inspire”. From the perspective of teaching skill, it is about 80% teach students “how to answer questions” and 20% “how to ask questions”.
